Frequently Asked Questions

10) Why can't visual arts applicants submit more than three pieces of art work?

Time, or more like lack of time. If every student sent more, we would never be able to make our deadline and students would have to wait longer for our decisions. We are looking for a portfolio demonstrating creativity and skill across a range of materials and approaches but also strong editing. Please limit your submission to three well-presented pieces that emphasize your skill with line, colour, composition, and creativity. Together with the work done at the audition, we feel that three well chosen art works can demonstrate your skill with your chosen materials.

Work should fit within the 10 x 12 envelope. Reproductions of original pieces are fine.
